He is an advisor, coach and mentor for various young entrepreneurs and startups. He is an active speaker in various industry forums.

Prior to setting up his own venture, he was with Aegis (now Startek – Aegis) for 12 years and held global senior management position overseeing Sales, Client Relationships, Revenue Assurance, Presales, Solutions and Digital vertical. He was also a board member of Contact Centers Company, the largest BPM company in Saudi Arabia. He was the key architect to make Aegis a leader in India and Saudi BPM market, and its foray into Digital.

Ajay was previously a Shareholder and Executive Director in Orion Dialog in an entrepreneurial capacity. Orion Dialog was a domestic BPM company which was acquired by Aegis in early 2006, as part of the India market entry strategy. In a short span of 6 years, he spearheaded the transition of Orion from being a start-up to a large premium BPM player.

Earlier to this, Ajay worked with Voltas, Pitney Bowes (through their exclusive India distributor Bradma) and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Ajay has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune and Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Government Engineering College, Rewa, MP. He is also an alumni of IIM Bangalore and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, having attended ADP courses from these institutions. Raju Moza is an industry agnostic business professional with a wide variety of experience in different functional areas for over 25 years. Currently, he is a board member and observer at several entities.

A veteran of the industry, in the past he has worked in the capacity of a finance as well as operations executive for established organizations. In VPSC, he is responsible for the company's financial strategies, planning, and operations in addition to directing key corporate finance initiatives including asset valuations, capital structures, mergers, and acquisitions for the company.
