With a cross-functional domain experience of more than 20 years, Vishal is a consummate entrepreneur who has successfully scaled up his business venture from being a startup to a large Technology Services enterprise in two decades. He is the MD of VPSC.

Vishal has an excellent understanding of the Information Technology, and IT enabled Services businesses. Having built a company from scratch, he has very good management skills in all aspects of business including business development, client management, project management, business operations, and cost management.

Ajay is a seasoned industry professional with over 28 years of experience in Business Process Management, Information Technology, Consumer Durables and Office Automation. He is the Founder Director and CEO of Stream Digital Services, a Technology Services and Business Process Management company. He is an Independent Director on the Board of C-Zentrix, a CX Technology company, Director on the Board of CPG BPM, a Back Office BPM company, and Advisor to the Board of VPSC, a Technology Services company. He is also an advisor, coach and mentor for young entrepreneurs and startups, and is an active speaker in various industry forums.

Ajay has held global senior management positions in Aegis (now Startek – Aegis), overseeing Sales, Client Relationships, Revenue Assurance, Presales, Solutions and Digital vertical. He was also a board member of Contact Centers Company, the largest BPM company in Saudi Arabia. Ajay was previously a Shareholder and Executive Director in Orion Dialog, which was acquired by Aegis in early 2006, as part of the India market entry strategy.

Ajay has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune and Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Government Engineering College, Rewa, MP. He is also an alumni of IIM Bangalore and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, having attended ADP courses from these institutions. Additionally, he is a certified Independent Director by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and is empaneled with them.

Raju Moza is an industry agnostic business professional with a wide variety of experience in different functional areas for over 25 years. Currently, he is a board member and observer at several entities.

A veteran of the industry, in the past he has worked in the capacity of a finance as well as operations executive for established organizations. In VPSC, he is responsible for the company's financial strategies, planning, and operations in addition to directing key corporate finance initiatives including asset valuations, capital structures, mergers, and acquisitions for the company.
